Wellness Beginnings

Burnt out? Exhausted and overwhelmed? Struggling to take that first step towards your heath goals (or too overloaded to even figure out what your health goals are)? I’ve been there and I designed this program just for you!

This four-week program will walk you through how to gradually build the basic foundations of health back into your life – without making you feel overwhelmed (I promise!). By the end of the course you will not only feel better, you will be ready to take that next step towards wellness.

Each week you will implement three small changes that will add up to big improvements to how you feel physically and mentally. Topics will include my Seven Foundations of Health (including hydration, breath, nutrition, movement and sleep), simple herbal and supplement recommendations, and resources for extra support.
